B. Stimulating investment in vegetable production on protected land and
the purchase of equipment and for small and medium-sized processing,
drying and freezing fruits and vegetables, located in rural areas, and
25 packing houses and refrigerators financial means this section are
intended to: a) make the proportion of 30% of the modules greenhouses,
the equipment and the equipment purchased, including the project
technical assistance for farmers non-privileged (2KR), required for the
production of vegetables in protected ground (greenhouses and solaria )

Presentation documents are filed during the calendar year, but in order to receive compensation allocation to investments made during the year are to be submitted no later than December 1, 2009.

The application for funds from the fund to subsidize the purchase of equipment and machinery for small and medium-drying and freezing fruits and vegetables, located in rural and packing houses and refrigerators, make the model laid down in Annex 6 . 26.
Economic operators applying for grants under pct.25 lit.
a) submitted to the local committee profile following documents: a) application for funds from the fund, indicating the area of protected land and equipment and equipment purchased; b) copy of business registration certificate, copy of ID card, if applicable; c) copy of the certificate issued by a commercial bank, the account will be indicated in MDL (banking identifiers of the applicant);
d) original invoices, bills dispatch and copies thereof (operators receive subsidies for the amount paid for purchase of equipment and through technical assistance projects 2KR submitting confirming documents) or invoice (for subsidies are proposed amounts not VAT); e) documents confirming the right of the land owner.
Applicants for funds whose destination is referred to pct.25 a) submitted additional reception act and act modules installed greenhouses, machine and equipment, by the head of the District Department for Agriculture and Food. The Local profile examines the documents submitted and prepare a report to be submitted to the Central field. In accepting the compensation provided for in this Regulation, the amounts shown in the invoices, shipping bills or invoices on the reverse of original invoices mentioning "compensated ___%". 27.
Economic operators applying for grants under this section profile submitted to the local committee the following documents:
a) application for funds;
b) project documentation;
c) the business plan.
Individuals submit further:
a) bank account verification certificate;
b) copy of the ID. They are also allowed to contest farms and other agricultural producers who are not VAT payers local profile Commission examines the documents submitted and prepare a report to be sent to the central committee in the field.
